1. Using ZnZ Harbour

These terms apply when you visit our website or use our dining, Majlis room, event, boat, game-zone, cottage, delivery or membership services. By making a booking, order, payment or membership request, you agree to these terms and any service-specific quotation or contract supplied to you.

2. Bookings, prices and payments

A booking request is subject to availability and is confirmed only when ZnZ Harbour confirms it. Prices, deposits, menus, guest limits and inclusions shown in a quotation, booking confirmation or invoice apply to that booking. We may request a deposit to secure selected services. Do not send payment to any person or account unless it is confirmed through an official ZnZ Harbour channel.

3. Membership

Harbour, Family Club and Harbour VIP memberships are valid for 30 days from activation and are linked to the registered member names and digital QR card. Monthly credits are not unlimited, require advance booking where applicable, and expire at the end of the active membership period unless ZnZ Harbour confirms otherwise. Member discounts cannot be combined with other major promotions, wholesale orders or special-cost items.

4. Boat and activity safety

Boat experiences require advance booking, operator availability and suitable weather. All guests must follow staff safety instructions and wear the provided life jacket where required. ZnZ Harbour may delay, reschedule or cancel an activity where weather, capacity, equipment condition or guest safety requires it. Passenger numbers must stay within the boat's certified limit.

5. Food, events and guest conduct

Please tell our team about food allergies or special dietary needs before ordering; we will try to assist but cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. Event bookings are also governed by the accepted quotation, deposit schedule and event contract. Guests must respect staff, other guests, venue rules and property. We may refuse or end a service where conduct creates a safety, security or operational concern.

6. Changes and cancellations

Requests to change or cancel a booking should be sent as early as possible through your customer account, email or the official ZnZ Harbour contact channel. Approved refunds, rebooking or credit are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy below and any agreed event contract.

7. Limits and applicable rights

ZnZ Harbour will provide services with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, ZnZ Harbour is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or for disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
